Being an athlete my entire life, I have had the fortune of working out with many trainers and under many situations, including collegiate/competitive soccer, European soccer tours, many sports camps and with many personal trainers.
Like most people, at different times throughout life, I struggle with staying on track and focusing on my health, strength, balance and flexibility. It is an ongoing battle for most of us. As we age it gets even more difficult. My goal is to help you stay on track, active and independent while also having a good time.
I have been certified through NASM as a personal trainer. The National Academy of Sports Medicine is an American fitness training provider founded in 1987. I am also a certified SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) fitness instructor and have taken more advanced courses from NASM focusing on Senior physical fitness. Science and evidence-based education is my focus to ensure the safest and most up to date training.
I have lived on Camano Island since 2017 and absolutely love the community and feel so fortunate to be working so closely with the aging population at Camano Center. Working with and helping aging adults in my community is a dream career and I am so very grateful for the opportunity.
Classes currently offered:
SAIL Fitness Classes: 65+ fall prevention fitness classes done standing or seated.
SAIL Group Classes are held daily at Camano Center.

Personal Training available in my home. 60 minute one-on-one training – $75 per session. “Buddy Bundle” rates are available for multiple people at each session.

Trail Fit Classes are Saturdays at 9:00 am – Outdoor fitness hikes around area trails using body weight and resistance band training while hiking and enjoying our surroundings.
